The work of Adapt Telephony Services has been recognised by Interactive Intelligence (II) once again.
The systems integrator and reseller of II’s unified IP commercial communications solutions, which include IP telephony, received the Conquest Award for 2013. The award is handed to the reseller which amasses the biggest number of new enterprise and centre customers throughout the evaluation period.
By achieving the highest number of customers for the enterprise and contact centre deployments, in addition to making the highest sales revenue in North America, Adapt has demonstrated a unique talent in satisfying customers.
The win marks the ninth year in a row that the firm has received the award. There are somewhere within the region of 200 II resellers in North America.
During the evaluation period, between the 1st of July 2011 and the 30th of June 2012, Adapt managed to sign 18 new enterprise and contract centre customers. These firms purchased II’s IP communication software package, Customer Interaction Centre (CIC).
Adapt’s sales vice president, Jerry Brown, said:
“We successfully seized upon the business community’s growing desire for a unified IP communications solution that delivers customer care consistently and across multiple channels simultaneously.”
Brown went on to say that the awards have come as a result of the company taking the time to listen, learn and then provide simple yet effective solutions which enable its clients to pass on the excellent service on to their own customers.
The CIC suite enables functionality for unified communications as well as multichannel contact centre automation for medium and large sized companies. The single-platform design was made to cut the complexities and costs present in multipoint products.
Adapt has a number of CIC-certified sales and technical staff members to look after its customers’ needs. The firm, which was founded in the 90s, has been a reseller for II since its inception.
