Leading unified communication management and voice quality software provider Tone Software has announced that the ReliaTel VoIP and UC management service has been chosen by SPS (Strategic Products and Services) to provide fuel to its iCON Converged Network Management solution for Nortel/Avaya clients.
Key aspects in the company’s decision to go ahead with the partnership include robust management capability across multiple platforms for IT, TDM, SIP, UC and VoIP networks from essentially any manufacturer, and extensive capacity and traffic reporting.
SPS operations and services vice president Jennie Johnson said:
“By helping administrators identify and resolve network issues before they become service-affecting. iCON enables maximum up-time and quality of service. Our partnership with Tone expands our service offers and helps administrators balance multivendor mission-critical VoIP application performance with their network management costs.”
SPS, bestowed the honour of being named 2012 Avaya Partner of the Year, specialises in the management, installation and design of mobility solutions, video conferencing, network infrastructure, unified communications, IP telephony, contact centre and converged communication. The Converged Network Management Platform is a management, monitoring and turnkey solution for advanced converged networks carrying collaboration, video and voice content.
The ReliaTel solution delivers real-time management and visibility through key technologies such as UC and VoIP offerings from Lync, Cisco and Avaya, in addition to Nortel environments in order to guarantee a quality of availability, service, performance and levels of communication service.
Along with flexible configuration, a management portal which can be rebranded and a design with multiple tenants, MSPs are provided with a budget strategy allowing them to increase their offerings as well as their list of clients, without a rise in service delivery or operational overhead costs.
Both Tone Software and SPS are participating in the International Avaya Users Group Converge 2013 conference in Orlando, Florida between June 4th and 7th. Both companies will exhibit their very latest technologies and will curate educational sessions.
