One Source Networks, the managed services and cloud expert, has announced that its popular Cloud PBX service has won the 2013 Excellence Award for IP telephony. TMC named the recipient in Internet Telephony magazine.
The firm’s offering allows businesses to take advantage of a complete PBX solution, with the improved functionality associated with the cloud. It further eliminates close to 100 per cent of training and maintenance expenses.
Cloud PBX is a collaboration engine that enables a workforce to remain connected in any place at any time, with improved call routing over a range of devices and locations. The service is very reliable, diverting calls automatically to locations on an alternate basis.
One Source Networks’ chief marketing officer, Gina Nomellini, said:
“We are honored to receive this award for the third year in a row for our portfolio of Cloud-Based Communication solutions. Our Cloud PBX product expands efficiency and collaboration while enabling customers to be truly geographically independent. This award is a testament to One Source Networks’ commitment to becoming the network partner of choice for the Fortune 1000.”
Furthermore, Cloud PBX comes with a strong and sturdy call centre functionality, which businesses can use to limit the use of platforms managed in-house and create a virtual centre across numerous locations. Adopting a cloud-based call centre allows for immense savings to be made and flexibility can be improved.
TMC’s Group Editorial Director, Erik Linask, spoke for both the magazine and TMC when he talked about how honoured they are to award One Source Networks for its IP Communications innovation. He said that Cloud PBX showed off its high quality and was deemed worthy of the award by how it improved business operations for its customers.
TMC’s CEO, Rich Tehrani, added that the company is looking forward to watching One Source Networks maintain the high level of quality that it has demonstrated so far.
